School Improvement Priorities

At Colonel Frank Seely Academy, our mission is to work together as a school community to ensure that every student achieves success, both now and in the future. Through high expectations, a focus on personal growth, and a commitment to developing character, we strive to create an environment where all students can thrive academically and personally, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

We focus our Annual Improvement Plan around 2-5 year priorities:

Create an ambitious curriculum which gives students of all needs the powerful knowledge and cultural capital to succeed.
To further improve the culture of the school, to build an excellent reputation for building students' character, leading to the school becoming oversubscribed.
The lesson to be disruption free and the school to have a self-study culture.
Achieve educational outcomes significantly above the national.
Complete a school improvement journey that leads to the school being used as a model of excellence.
