Sport Relief at CFS

Once again CFS pledged their support to Sport Relief by holding a week a great activities which ended with a fancy dress Dodgeball in the Sports Hall at lunchtime for students in Years 10-13 and a sponsored fancy dress mile run on the Sports Field for all students taking part in PE lessons.  Staff and Students hope to raise enough money to beat their fantastic Sport Relief total in 2012 of £2000.00

Mr Udoh, PE Teacher said “We wanted to raise as much money as possible for Sport Relief combined with having fun and enabling students to display their fantastic Dodgeball skills”.

Year 11 student Sam Claxton aged 16 commented “My team wanted to help Sport Relief raise lots of money and have a good laugh at the same time playing Dodgeball.  Seeing all our many dedicated supporters come to watch us reach the Semi-Finals was brilliant”.

Molly-May Freeman, Year 7 student aged 12 took part in Dodgeball with 5 of her friends who all played wearing their onesies!  Molly-May said “I thought it was fun and a good way to help Sport Relief.  I enjoyed dressing up with all my friends and winning our game.”
